FOR
IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
‘Pianist
for Parties’ Wins 2011 Vendor of Distinction Award from the Central
Minnesota Wedding Association.
St. Cloud, Minnesota
– January 14, 2011- ‘Pianist
for Parties’ was honored with a 2011 Vendor of Distinction Award from
the Central Minnesota Wedding Association.
Nominations were collected from recently married couples and other
vendors in the local wedding industry.
A panel of judges selected 9 winners from more than 70 members in
the association.
Nominations were
judged on the excellence local wedding vendors exhibited in 2010.
This was through services they provided; their customer service and
their dedication to their industry and community.
“We
had a tremendous response to our online nominations,” said Adam Welz,
president of the Central Minnesota Wedding Association. “It is so
encouraging to hear great things so many wedding vendors are doing for
their clients and their communities. These
wedding vendors should be seen as an example to business owners in all
areas of commerce.”
Pianist for Parties,
Sharon Planer says, “The members of the Central Minnesota Wedding
Association are established wedding professionals who observe a defined
‘Code of Ethics’. We meet
regularly to get to know each other on a professional and personal level.
Our meetings include continuing education on wedding trends and
ways to provide better quality service to our brides and grooms.
By getting to know first-hand the excellent level of competence of
the members, I can whole heartedly recommend those professionals to
clients I am working with. For
example, a bride hired me as her wedding musician but still needed a
venue. I gave her my personal
recommendation from the CMWA. The
bride booked the venue and was absolutely delighted with her experience
there. It made me so happy to
have helped my client find a great venue!
Our goal at CMWA is to bring great quality service to the brides
and grooms we work with.”
The Central Minnesota
Wedding Association joins wedding industry businesses in networking
relationships and is a comprehensive resource for engaged couples in the
Central Minnesota region. All
members of the association agree to do business by a strict
code-of-ethics.
The CMWA is governed
by a Board of Directors. Board
members are wedding industry professionals with the vision to see the
association and its members succeed, and fulfill needs of couples planning
their weddings.
